Solidarity’s training programme for university students concludes

Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, successfully concluded its annual summer training programme (Tamayaz) designed for university students across the kingdom.

Aligned with Solidarity Bahrain’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Tamayaz programme offers diverse training opportunities aimed at nurturing and developing promising talents from various universities.

The programme seeks to enhance employment prospects for Bahraini youth by providing a comprehensive blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, equipping students with the necessary skills to excel in their future careers.

Through this initiative, students gain valuable insights into current job market demands and learn effective strategies for professional growth and career advancement.

Selected students had the opportunity to engage with multiple departments within the company, gaining hands-on experience in specialised areas including motor insurance, medical insurance, sales, compliance, investment, human resources, customer service, technical underwriting, and quality assurance.

This cross-departmental exposure enables students to develop a well-rounded understanding of the insurance industry and its operational dynamics.
