Through this partnership, YKA will offer its employees access to The Playbook’s extensive range of courses and masterclasses, providing them with a unique opportunity to engage in a powerful networking platform aimed at supporting the growth and development of women at all levels of management.

The MoU was signed by YKA managing director Mona Almoayyed and The Playbook founder and chief executive Wafa Al Obaidat in the presence of senior officials from both organisations, including YKA chief executive Alok Gupta, YKA Group Human Resources manager Sonu Duggal, The Playbook co-founder and chief marketing officer Shreya Rammohan.

“This collaboration underscores YKA’s commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and empowering its female workforce by providing them with resources and opportunities to thrive in leadership roles,” said a joint statement.
