Raqamat Specialist Hospital, Khotwah Specialist Hospitals, and Msharef Hospital have implemented the latest version of CareWare, an advanced medical information management system developed by Adaptive TechSoft (ats) — a Saudi technology company supporting the Kingdom’s efforts to build a digitally empowered healthcare ecosystem.
In line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its goal to accelerate digital transformation across the healthcare sector, medical institutions are increasingly adopting smart information systems designed to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Raqamat Specialist Hospital is the first private specialty hospital serving the
southern region and Najran, offering a wide range of advanced medical services,
including oncology, infertility and IVF treatments, and dialysis. With a
capacity of 150 beds, the hospital aims to enhance operational efficiency and
improve patient care quality through the implementation of CareWare.
Khotwah Specialist Hospitals is the
Kingdom’s leading destination for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients
with addiction and mental health disorders. It provides comprehensive treatment
programs encompassing medical, psychological, and recreational support, led by
a specialised team with over 30 years of experience. The implementation of
CareWare forms part of the hospital’s strategy to strengthen its digital
infrastructure and enhance the quality of care for patients and recovering
individuals.
Msharef Hospital has also joined ats’s
growing list of partners. The hospital provides a wide range of integrated
medical and surgical services, including emergency care, ENT, internal
medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, plastic surgery, general surgery, and
orthopedics. Through CareWare, the hospital seeks to boost operational
efficiency and elevate the patients’ experience using the latest medical
technologies.
CareWare is one of the leading locally
developed health information systems, offering integrated solutions that
include electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, resource
management, and performance reporting. The system features an intuitive
interface that supports operational sustainability and data integration within
an advanced digital healthcare environment.
On this occasion, Ali Al-Othman, CEO of ats,
expressed his pride in these new partnerships, stating: “We are proud of the
trust our partners have placed in us. This milestone aligns with our vision to
empower digital transformation in Saudi healthcare institutions through
innovative national systems that enhance service efficiency and contribute to
achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.”
Abdullah Al-Makrami, Chairman of Raqamat
Specialist Hospital, commented: “We are committed to adopting the latest
technologies within our medical network. Our collaboration with ats to
implement CareWare marks an important step toward developing a more efficient
and high-quality digital healthcare environment for patients in the southern
region.”
Dr Nawaf Al-Salama, CEO of Khotwah
Specialist Hospitals, added: “This partnership reflects our strategic direction
to adopt smart digital solutions that enhance the quality of care while
ensuring confidentiality and excellence in the services provided.”
Khalid Al-Ammar, Legal Affairs Director at Msharef Hospital, stated: “Our collaboration with ats underscores the hospital’s commitment to implementing advanced digital systems that ensure diagnostic accuracy, operational efficiency, and an improved patient experience.” -TradeArabia News Service
