YKA’s aftersales service earns global recognition

The prestigious Global Nissan Aftersales Award has been awarded to Y K Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), the sole distributor of Nissan vehicles in Bahrain, in recognition of the motor dealer’s excellent aftersales operations.

“This accolade celebrates the success of Nissan’s top aftersales operators worldwide. Y K Almoayyed & Sons has distinguished itself as one of the best, achieving an outstanding score that reflects the exceptional quality of its Nissan aftersales operations, which includes spare parts, service and customer relationship management,” said an awarding official.

In this year’s competition, national sales companies across the globe extending from America to China, participated and only 11 made it to the winning category with no specific podium positions.

“This award is a testament to our team’s hard work and commitment to excellence,” added Nissan Bahrain general manager Ahmed Al Dailami.

“We’re dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our customers and this recognition reflects our continuous efforts to exceed expectations.”

Nissan Motors Japan sets key performance indicators that includes but are not limited to purchases, aftersales, customer satisfaction and visit frequency, and the winners were based on their successful achievement of these standards.
