The FAB Group, the food and beverage subsidiary of DEAL Holdings, has entered into a deal with London-based Hedonism Group to introduce, develop and operate leading global brands Hide and Hideway across the GCC and selected European markets.

Announced at the Global Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF) 2026 held in Dubai recently, the agreement follows discussions initiated at last year’s forum.

The agreement follows The FAB Group’s recently announced partnership with London-founded Kricket, a brand backed by prominent UK hospitality incubator White Rabbit Projects, and advances its strategy of building an international portfolio of established global dining concepts alongside its homegrown brands.
Four premium locations have already been secured across the UAE and KSA, with design and fit-out activities underway and the first opening anticipated in the coming months.
The initial pipeline marks the start of an ambitious development programme, with plans to establish both brands across the Middle East and selected European markets, it stated.
A principal focus will be HIDEAWAY by HIDE, building on Hedonism Group's established Mayfair café and the culinary heritage of Michelin-starred HIDE. The brand will span different venue sizes and operating models, with licensed and unlicensed locations tailored to their settings.
