Saudi Cluster2 Airports earn 36 ACI accreditations, 3 global awards

Cluster2 Airports, which operates 22 airports across several regions of Saudi Arabia, has received 36 accreditations and three global awards from Airports Council International (ACI) in 2026.

The achievements were announced during a ceremony at the ACI Airport Experience Summit in Istanbul, where accreditation certificates and awards were presented to the airports.

The accreditations included 18 airports receiving ACI’s Accessibility Accreditation Level 1, recognizing their readiness to meet accessibility requirements and provide a more inclusive travel experience for passengers with disabilities in line with international standards and best practices.

A further 18 airports earned Customer Experience Accreditation Level 3, highlighting their integration of customer experience principles into strategic and operational processes, as well as their adoption of innovative practices to enhance service quality and passenger satisfaction.

Three Cluster2 airports also secured top regional honors based on the 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) passenger satisfaction survey.

Arar International Airport was named the Middle East’s best airport serving fewer than two million passengers, while Bisha Airport won for ease of passenger journey in the same category.

Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Tabuk was recognized as the Middle East’s best airport for departure experience among airports serving two to five million passengers. -TradeArabia News Service
