Most recently, she served as General Manager of Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, where she led a significant commercial and operational turnaround during a critical period of recovery.
Her leadership style has been shaped by a career spent working across diverse cultures and complex luxury environments.
Known for her calm authority and people-centered approach, Singh leads with clarity, emotional intelligence, and accountability.

Singh began her professional journey with The Oberoi Group and went on to spend more than twenty years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, holding senior leadership roles across the Middle East and India.
Her experience spans operations, human resources, and learning and development with significant involvement in taskforce roles across multiple hotel transitions and hotel pre-opening phases.
Across her career, she has led multicultural teams of up to 1,300 colleagues across 45 nationalities, overseen operations in the UAE, Jordan, Egypt, and India, and delivered strong commercial results.
A committed advocate for women in leadership, Singh is a member of The Luxury Collective Women Luxury group in UAE, championing mentorship, leadership development initiatives.
