YKA holds management meeting to welcome interns

More than 50 interns who have joined the company through various partnership schemes were recently welcomed at a management meeting held by YK Almoayyed & Sons (YKA).

They included participants from Bahrain Polytechnic’s Apprenticeship Scheme, the Institute of Public Administration’s Khobarat Programme, the Labour Ministry’s Furas Internship Scheme and collaborations with graduating students from various universities.

During the event, key figures of YKA addressed the young hopefuls aiming to get valuable workplace experience. YKA Group chairman Farouk Almoayyed, YKA managing director Mona Almoayyed and YKA director Mohammed Almoayyed expressed their appreciation for the interns’ dedication and eagerness to learn at one of Bahrain’s leading diversified business groups.

YKA chief executive Alok Gupta led focused sessions on creativity and idea generation. These sessions aimed to help the trainees contribute impactful additions to the company during their training periods and placements.
