H&H, the Dubai-based developer behind the Eden House brand, has announced the groundbreaking of its premium project - Eden House Dubai Hills - a 32-villa residential community designed around architecture, landscape and hospitality-inspired living.
With Dutco Construction commencing works on site, the project now moves from vision to delivery, marking the next phase in bringing Eden House Dubai Hills to life, said the developer.
Located in Dubai Hills, the development will feature a mix of five- and six-bedroom villas set within landscaped surroundings, with the villas comprising a total GFA of 19,443.87 sqm.
Hopkins Architects lead the architectural design. The masterplan brings together homes and generous green spaces, creating a walkable environment shaped around wellbeing, privacy and a strong connection to nature.
Each villa will feature a private garden, swimming pool, and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. Balancing openness with privacy, the villas feature generous glazed frontages that maximize natural light and views, said the developer.
A refined palette of stone textured precast concrete and metal detailing creates a warm, contemporary architectural expression designed to feel both timeless and connected to its setting, it stated.
The interiors, designed by H&H’s Interior Design team, have been carefully curated to create a sense of warmth and understated elegance. Materials including marble and wood feature throughout, with each space balancing form and function to create a comfortable and relaxed living environment.
The community is shaped by Eden House’s hospitality-led approach to residential living, with a focus on considered amenities, resident wellbeing and a sense of community, it added.
Speaking on the occasion, CEO Miltos Bosinis said: "The groundbreaking of Eden House Dubai Hills marks an important milestone as the project moves into the construction phase."
"From the outset, our vision has been to create a boutique community that brings together thoughtful design, landscape and shared spaces in a way that supports everyday living and fosters a sense of connection. The project represents the continued evolution of the Eden House portfolio, building on our commitment to quality and a more considered, personal approach to residential living," he added.
Paul Whelan, CEO, Dutco Construction, said: “Eden House Dubai Hills is an exciting project for Dutco Construction and one we are very pleased to be part of. We look forward to working closely with our project partners, bringing Dutco Construction’s longstanding experience, proven delivery capability and commitment to quality to this exceptional development.”
With construction now underway, Eden House Dubai Hills marks another step in the development of H&H's homegrown Eden House brand, which brings together residential design, hospitality-inspired service and a focus on the way people live today, he added.
