Vatel Bahrain has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa to strengthen collaboration in practical training, professional development, knowledge exchange and consultancy.
The partnership will provide students with hands-on
experience in a professional hotel environment, covering international service
standards and multiple operational departments.
It also aims to better align Vatel Bahrain’s academic
programmes with current hospitality industry requirements, helping students
develop practical skills and a clearer understanding of workplace expectations.
The collaboration is expected to support the development of
qualified talent for Bahrain’s growing tourism and hospitality sector.
