Humain picks EY Mena to develop Saudi Arabia's first AI-native BPO service

INDUSTRIAL NEWS

Humain, a Saudi PIF company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities globally, has signed up EY, a global leader in professional services, to develop Saudi Arabia's first AI-native business process outsource service underpinned by its full stack ecosystem, designed to transform how enterprises deliver, manage, and scale operations in the age of artificial intelligence.

The initiative aims to establish a new category of AI-enabled business services, combining intelligent agents, automation, advanced analytics, and human expertise into integrated operating models that help organizations improve efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities.

As part of the expanded services being delivered, EY is supporting the development and commercialization of Humain's solutions, while providing functional expertise, industry knowledge, and go-to-market knowledge.

Humain will provide the underlying AI technologies, infrastructure, and agentic ecosystem that power the next generation of enterprise services.

CEO Tareq Amin said: "AI is redefining what enterprises are capable of, not just how they operate. Together with EY, we are building a new operating model where intelligent agents, automation, and human expertise work as one, enabling organizations to move faster, make better decisions and create entirely new sources of value."

"With Humain ONE, we are turning AI from a tool into the operating layer of the enterprise, built and deployed at scale from Saudi Arabia to the world," he added.

Raj Sharma, EY Global Managing Partner (Growth and Innovation) said: "EY is committed to building a comprehensive portfolio of AI solutions for Humain that helps organizations realize enterprise value at scale. As AI becomes a fundamental building block of modern business, competitive advantage will come not simply from the technology itself, but from how it is applied with trust, expertise and confidence."

"This next phase of our engagement will help organizations reimagine how they operate, accelerate resilient transformation, and realize lasting enterprise value," he added.

Abdulaziz Al Sowailim, EY Mena, the Chairman and CEO, said: "We are focused on bringing the full depth of EY professional expertise to strengthen and enhance Humain ONE as it evolves, drawing on capabilities across finance, audit, tax, and advisory services."

"Our service agreement with Humain is rooted in a shared goal to redefine AI-powered business transformation and support Humain’s vision and ambition," he added.

The broadened engagement builds on an existing relationship between the two organizations and supports the continued evolution of Humain ONE, Humain's integrated agentic AI platform designed to help enterprises deploy AI-enabled workflows, intelligent agents, and advanced automation across business functions.

By integrating AI capabilities into end-to-end business processes rather than isolated workflows, the initiative seeks to reduce operational complexity, improve productivity, and accelerate digital transformation while allowing organizations to leverage existing technology investments.-TradeArabia News Service
