Rotana has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with dnata Travel Group during the Arabian Travel Market 2026 in Dubai.
The agreement expands access to Rotana’s hospitality
portfolio through dnata’s retail, wholesale, corporate, and partner channels.
Building on a long-standing commercial relationship and
recent direct dynamic connectivity, the partnership aims to enhance
distribution efficiency.
Both organisations will collaborate on joint marketing,
commercial development, and technology-led initiatives to connect a broader
network of travellers and trade partners with Rotana properties across the
region.
The MoU was signed by Nada Sheshtawy, Chief Commercial
Officer at Rotana, and Christian Kremers, Vice President, Yalago and Central
Ground Services at dnata Travel Group, in the presence of senior
representatives from both organisations.
Philip Barnes, Chief Executive Officer of Rotana, said: “We
have enjoyed a strong relationship with dnata Travel Group for many years, so
this MoU feels like a natural next step. As Rotana grows across the region and
beyond, the way we reach our guests needs to grow with us. By bringing our
portfolio and hospitality expertise together with dnata Travel Group’s
international reach, we can make it easier for more travellers to discover and
experience Rotana, while creating greater value for our hotels, owners and
travel partners.”
Kremers said: “This agreement will allow us to bring more
Rotana properties to travellers across our leisure, wholesale and corporate
channels, while creating new opportunities across international source markets.
We look forward to building on our established relationship and supporting the
next stage of Rotana’s growth.” -TradeArabia News Service
