Cluster2 Airports, a leading aviation operator in Saudi Arabia, has strengthened its international standing after 18 of its airports earned the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Customer Experience Accreditation at Level 3, underscoring its commitment to enhancing passenger experience in line with global best practices.
The accreditation recognises airports that have successfully
embedded customer experience principles into their strategies and daily
operations while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
The latest achievement adds to Cluster2 Airports' growing
list of international recognitions this year, bringing its total to 39
accreditations.
These include the Level 1 Accessibility Accreditation and
