Hassan Allam-UCC seal contract for Waldorf Astoria Superblock in Diriyah

Hassan Allam Holding, one of the largest engineering and construction companies in the Mena region, has announced that its key subsidiary, Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, has officially signed the contract for Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Residences, & Mixed Use Superblock in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, along with its joint venture partner UCC Holding Saudi.

The signing took place in the presence of Hassan Allam, Chairman and CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, alongside Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, and Samer Ibrahim, CEO of UCC Holding Saudi.

Spanning over 241,000 sqm of built-up area, the mixed-use development will bring together the iconic 200-key Waldorf Astoria Hotel in addition to 47 branded residences.

It will also boast commercial and office buildings as well as an integrated super basement and a vibrant public realm, contributing to one of the Kingdom's most prestigious destinations.
