Coral Beach Resort Sharjah has been recognised at the Hozpitality Group’s Middle East Chef Excellence Awards, F&B Excellence Awards, and Leaders Powerlist 2026, marking a strong performance across multiple hospitality categories.
The resort’s
signature beachfront venue, Casa Samak Seafood Restaurant, was named Best
Sunset Spot of the Year, highlighting its popularity for fresh seafood, scenic
Arabian Gulf views, and distinctive sunset dining experience.
Located along Sharjah’s coastline, Casa Samak has built a reputation as a leading destination for both residents and visitors, combining coastal ambience with consistent culinary quality and warm hospitality.
The award acknowledges its standout
setting and its ability to deliver memorable dining experiences, particularly
during sunset hours.
The resort also
celebrated several individual honours for its staff. Michael Fernandes was
included in the F&B Leader Powerlist, while Abdo Badra featured in the Chef
Leader Powerlist.
Additional awards
went to Tsering Tamang as Promising Chef of the Year (Judges’ Choice), Mahesh
Chathuranga Ranathunga as Barista of the Year, and Chet Raj Chaudhary as
Banquet Champion of the Year (Judges’ Choice), underscoring the team’s overall
excellence.
