Isabel Mayfair, a London restaurant concept known for its ingredient-led, seasonal Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, made its international debut in Abu Dhabi on April 20 at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island.
Designed for all-day dining and social gatherings from day
to late night, the opening marks its first overseas expansion after nearly a
decade in London.
Led by French chef Vincent Visinet, the menu balances
simplicity and precision with Mediterranean influences, while introducing a
distinct identity tailored for Abu Dhabi.
It features refined small plates such as onion and leek
croquetas, seasonal vegetable tartlets, and heirloom tomato salad with verbena
consommé.
Main dishes include Carabineros with kaffir lime and potato
roll, and Beef Fillet Wellington with mushroom duxelles and veal jus.
Desserts range from a red berry pavlova to a large pistachio
madeleine designed for sharing.
The interiors, designed by DBM Studio, blend polished brass,
Calacatta Viola marble, dark oak, and deep velvet tones, creating a space that
transitions from day to night.
Hand-embroidered silk details and bespoke finishes enhance
its refined atmosphere.
The launch, a partnership between BNF Hospitality and Fuse
Holding, will roll out through a year of events and cultural collaborations,
aiming to position Isabel as a key part of Abu Dhabi’s evolving dining and
cultural scene.
