The Skytrax rating is one of the most respected independent global benchmarks in the aviation industry, reported Saudi News Agency.
It evaluates the passenger experience across more than 600 indicators, including efficiency of procedures, quality of facilities, cleanliness, signage and guidance, staff readiness, safety standards, and accessibility.
Skytrax, headquartered in the United Kingdom, specialises in assessing airport and airline services worldwide and publishes annual rankings based on surveys of millions of travelers to determine the best air travel destinations.
