Etihad Airways suspends all flights until March 2

Etihad Airways has announced that it will suspend all flights until 2am on March 2 following the temporary closure of the airspace of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The airline is asking passengers with reservations to check the latest flight status.

Tickets for flights scheduled to operate up to March 2 can be changed free of charge to flights operating up to March 15. Passengers booked on canceled flights are being offered refunds free of charge.

Authorities in Abu Dhabi have revealed that eight people were killed or injured by debris when a drone attack by Iran was intercepted at Zayed International Airport.
