StartUp Bahrain Weekend to be back in October

StartUp Bahrain, powered by Tamkeen, has announced the return of its flagship event, StartUp Bahrain Weekend, with the fifth edition scheduled to take place from October 9–11, 2025 at the American University of Bahrain (AUBH).
The 54-hour startup marathon will bring together more than 250 founders, developers, designers, and marketers who will form teams, build startups from scratch, and pitch their ideas to a panel of judges. Participants will compete for the top spot with opportunities to win cash prizes of up to BD 1,000, along with other perks and awards.
The event is being held in strategic partnership with Brinc, General Assembly Bahrain, Reboot Coding Institute, Spring Venture Services, Ordable, AUBH, DOO, and additional partners to be announced.
Highlights of the programme include a keynote address by a prominent founder, guidance from experienced mentors, and networking opportunities with like-minded entrepreneurs. StartUp Bahrain organisers emphasised that the weekend offers not only competition but also a chance for participants to find potential co-founders, develop minimum viable products (MVPs), and gain valuable exposure.
