Tamkeen backs Bahraini employees
The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) has announced its support for wage increments for 35 Bahraini employees at Maskati Bros & Co.
Tamkeen also facilitated leadership and managerial positions for five others at the company through its Leadership Employment Programme. This initiative aims to empower local talent and enhance their career progression within the private sector.
Maskati Bros & Co will also benefit from Tamkeenās financing support, in partnership with local banks, to implement expansion plans and double its production capacity.
This support aligns with Tamkeenās 2025 strategic priorities, focusing on enhancing the competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector, equipping them with necessary skills, and prioritising enterprise growth, digitisation, and sustainability.
