Mohammed Farouk Almoayyed has been appointed new chairman of Yousuf Khalil Almoayyed & Sons (YKA) Group, succeeding his late father Farouk Almoayyed.
The group includes Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons, Almoayyed Contracting Group, Ashrafs and National Concrete Co. The board of directors comprises Fareed Yousuf Almoayyed, Mona Yousuf Almoayyed, Layla Yousuf Almoayyed, Salwa Yousuf Almoayyed, Amal Yousuf Almoayyed, Redha Al Faraj, Hala Farouk Almoayyed, Abeer T. Almoayed, M.T. Mathews, Aysha Fareed Almoayyed, and Waleed Al Rashdan. Mohammed Farouk Almoayyed has held several key positions, serving as chairman of Almoayyed International Group and vice-chairman of National Finance House. He is also a board member of National Bank of Bahrain, Tamkeen, INJAZ, Bahrain Chamber, BMMI, and Bahrain Duty Free.
