Drive worry-free with new Nissan Assistance programme

The new Nissan Assistance programme from YK Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), the sole distributor of the marque’s vehicles in Bahrain, has been launched. This comprehensive roadside support programme provides 24/7 ‘peace of mind’ for Nissan owners across Bahrain and other GCC countries.

Designed to support customers in a variety of unforeseen circumstances, Nissan Assistance offers a range of services, ensuring help is always at hand.

Should a vehicle experience a flat tyre, the programme will arrange for a technician to replace it with the spare. A dead battery is no problem either, as approved technicians will be dispatched to perform a jump start. Running out of fuel is also covered, with Nissan Assistance delivering up to 10 litres to get customers back on the road. In situations where on-site repairs aren’t possible, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest authorised Nissan Service Centre, free of charge.

Beyond these core services, Nissan Assistance provides valuable additional benefits. If a vehicle becomes immobilised, the programme covers taxi services for journey continuation, with up to two trips per year within a 100km radius. For more extensive repairs, requiring more than a quick fix, Nissan Assistance will arrange hotel accommodation up to 4-star standard, covering up to $100 (approx BD37) per night for a maximum of three nights. And if repairs take longer than 72 hours, the programme will cover the expenses of returning both the customer and the vehicle to their usual residence.

Nissan Assistance is effective from the warranty start date and lasts for five years, applying to all new Nissan vehicles from Model Year 2025 onwards. Importantly, the programme is fully transferable to new owners, ensuring continued support even if the vehicle changes hands.

“The launch of Nissan Assistance underscores Nissan’s commitment to providing exceptional service and complete peace of mind to its customers. This comprehensive programme ensures that expert help is always available, wherever their journey takes them,” added a YKA representative.
